As a qualified social worker, I've spent over 12 years in senior management roles within local authorities, gaining extensive experience in the management and leadership health and social care professionals.
My journey has been marked by a passion for transformational and organisational change, driving improvements and elevating standards across the board.
At Care Elevation, I leverage this wealth of experience to conduct comprehensive audits, meticulously evaluate service performance, and identify areas for improvement. Through tailored coaching and improvement strategies, I empower care providers to achieve excellence and foster a culture of continuous development. I have absolute confidence in our learning and development services and remain continually excited about the ongoing digital transformation work we are implementing.

Throughout my career, I have spearheaded numerous digital initiatives, from implementing cutting-edge electronic health records to launching telemedicine platforms and advanced patient management systems. JANEY MACDONALD
As the Learning and Development Director at Care Elevation, I am driven by a commitment to fostering excellence and compassion in every aspect of our work. With a comprehensive background in Community Learning and Development, I have honed my skills in the health and social care sector, allowing me to bring a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within this field.
My journey in Community Learning and Development provided me with invaluable insights into the importance of continuous professional growth and the impact it has on both individuals and communities. These experiences have been instrumental in shaping my approach to Learning and Development within Care Elevation, where my goal is to cultivate an environment of continuous improvement and learning.
In my current role, I am responsible for the development and implementation of innovative training programs and professional development initiatives. These programs are designed not only to enhance the skills and knowledge of our caregivers but also to instill a sense of confidence and empowerment.
I work closely with our team to identify needs, develop tailored solutions, and create a nurturing environment where both caregivers and clients can thrive.
LILO
My role is the most importantin the team, as I ensure everyone remains active and remembers the importance of caring for each other (and the importance of treats!). I'm available for visits to services subject to my busy schedule (and depending on the treats on offer).
